The caregiver portal opens in a separate window that your child never sees. It's protected by a 4-digit PIN you create on first launch.
Right-click the Patch icon in the system tray (bottom-right of your screen).

First time? You'll create a new PIN. After that, enter it to unlock. Three wrong attempts triggers a 30-second lockout for safety.

Patch asks your child to rate their pain on a 1–5 scale using a friendly dragon metaphor. You see every report with timestamps, mood, and body location.
Pain and mood are tracked over time with color-coded timelines and trend arrows. See if your child is improving, stable, or worsening at a glance.
Every message between Patch and your child is logged with timestamps and sender identification. Read through at your own pace.
Meals, medicines, hydration, sleep, games, stories, procedures — all logged chronologically with category filtering.
See which medicines are upcoming, taken, or missed. Add new medicines with scheduled times. Patch reminds your child gently.
End-of-day report with meals eaten, medicines taken, hydration, sleep, games played, interaction time, and pain/mood trends in natural language.

Toggle between Hospital Mode (clinical support, procedure prep, soft blues) and Buddy Mode (home recovery, warm colors, playful tone).
Set screen time from 15 to 120 minutes. Patch shows a kid-friendly countdown and gently winds down when time is up.

Set your child's name, age, medical condition, allergies, and sensitive topics. Patch adapts its behavior to avoid distressing subjects.
